Törggelen... What is that all about?

On Friday night we were celebrating Törggelen, organized by Eka. She has so may friends, it is unbelievable! She managed to invite 45 people! I am not really sure what is the Töggelen all about, but it is widely celebrated in South Tyrol and has something to do with wine and chestnuts. Actually it is just my guess, based on the thing that it is exactly what people do when they celebrate this event - drink lots of wine and eat lots of chestnuts. I also tryed fresh-baked hot chestnut cake. It has an amazing taste... of chestnuts
