Q2. If you overtake the last person, then you are...?
I haven't met any person who would answer the second question correctly so far. In case you aren't sure the answer is:
If you answered that you are second to last, then you are wrong. How can you overtake the LAST person?!

I thought about this and found something interesting:
If you are in a race in a closed circuit, as for example in Formula 1, then you can overtake the last person, but we cannot conclude much from this information, except that you are not the last person in the race.
Indeed, in a closed circuit race, we cannot conclude anything from the information that "we overtook the nth person" except that we are not the nth person in the race. (even the last racer can overtake the first racer, and this doesn't mean that his is now necessarily the first racer, because he might be a few laps behind...)
