One day to get out from Erice we took a cable car going down to Trapani city. Day was beautiful, cable car was modern and views were also great.
After stepping out from the cable car we thought of going to the city center of Trapani on foot. We didn't know that the center of Trapani was somewhere (if you look at the picture above) right in the very end of that coast. So it probably took us about an hour to get there.
When we finally arrived we walked along the coast watching the sea and ships
There we saw kiosks selling tickets to Flavignana island. Flavignana as far as I remembered was one of the most beautiful things of that region, so we bought tickets and went to see it. Flavignana however was deserted as it wasn't a tourist season and we even didn't find any single place that would serve food. Also information office was closed and wind was really strong, so we just walked about half an hour along the shore and went back to Trapani.
In Trapani we spent quite a while looking for the main city square which actually we didn't find. So instead I will just show some pictures of Trapani we took while searching for the main square :)
I like the views with drying cloths in Italy.
