Eilean Donan castle

When I think of a Scottish castle I imagine something like the castle on the pictures below. This castle was situated just a few km before the bridge to Isle of Skye and was a really great place whether you are here just for 20 minutes passing by or spending several hours there. There was a take away food restaurant with some really nice outside tables under inside garden trees with fantastic view to the castle and a lake. I wish I was hungry when we were there just to sit in this garden and enjoy all this beauty, but we absolutely weren't hungry and after hanging around for a bit continued our journey.
