Mark 12 months

There is something special either about the book (Mark is holding in the picture below) or about cats that makes Mark laugh all the time he opens it. The book is all about colorful pictures of different animals. There isn't any reaction when Marks sees dogs, parrots, fishes or whatever is in the book. But when it comes to a page where is a picture of a cat Mark starts laughing!

I think it is impossible to find more active toddler than Mark, at least I haven't seen any. He doesn't stop wondering even for a second. Whenever there is a chance he grabs immediately whatever he can reach and starts squizing it in his little hands. Sometimes I forget that Mark can now reach things that are on the edge of the table (usually it's food) as he can stand quite well and mostly doesn't need any support. When I get back to the room I sometimes find juices, yohgurts, soft cheeses, pasta or rice on the floor and Mark who is happily playing with it. Probably it is needless to say that our carpet no longer looks the same as it used to be when we moved in.

Our trashbean is open all the time. And it is not because we leave it open, it is because Mark keeps opening it whenever there is a chance and throws things that he is holding in. We didn't notice it until once after giving him a plastic plate I noticed it's strange disappearence after just a few moments :)

Today we bought a full pack of baby safety tools that are usually put on the doors and drawers. Didn't think we will need them, but now I am sure we do.
