Snowboarding in Swiss Alps

When my colleagues at work ask me how many days I spent in the mountains in Switzerland and I say 1 they start laughing and ask me what was the point of going there at all. In a way of cause, 1 day of snowboarding in the whole season isn't much at all, but hopefully next year we can do better. This year I felt like Switzerland is much more than just good skiing resorts. But anyway, I am glad we tried one of them.

The best part of it were absolutely stunning views and great food and the worst part was wet snow. It took me a while to get used to it and when I finally did, I was so exhausted that I could no longer snowboard. This ski resort near Schwyz town is not much different from Italian resorts in South Tyrol, except maybe being more expensive, but even food was similar. We ordered Gulash Suppe, exactly hat I used to order in South Tyrolean Alps. It was so good! There were also musicians playing outside our restaurant which we on purpose tried to avoid and went to sit inside as they were playing too loud, but later they came inside and started to play indoors, however instruments they were using were different. 2 of which, called Alpine Horn (if I'm correct) looked so long which made me wonder first if it wasn't some kind of joke, as it would seem like they could only be played by some giants.

They were different musicians:)) I met the brass band on their way to cable car and I guess those ones with Alpine horns (also not sure about the title) are locals in that place.
