2 people decided to leave our company. For a company of 13 people it is a big loss , but as someone said that there is nothing bad that wouldn't turn into something good (or something similar). The boss took it quite seriously and in today's company's meeting announced that every employee will get an extra 2 days of holidays a year. He also mentioned if we feel like we are overworking or staying late, we can take another 5 days of holidays (payed by company), which is generous, I think. I don't overwork, but I was very happy to get an extra 2 days of vacation!
