Loch Lomond

Before our travel when I was looking for the nicest places to see in Scotland word 'loch' was pretty much everywhere. If you are wondering what could that mean it's simply a Scottish name for a lake. And Scotland is very rich for very beautiful lakes and Loch Lomond is one of the biggest lakes there. It wasn't possible to go around this lake in one day for us, so we decided to pick up one little village called Luss nearby that lake and spend an early afternoon there.

In the town's main church at this time was a wedding ceremony with guests gathering around the it. The Great Highland Bagpipe is a traditional Scottish instrument and the guy on the picture was wedding ceremony musician. It is very likely you will meet many of this type of bagpipe musicians if you travel in Scotland. It is quite impressive - we met them even in the mountains. And the skirt-like kilt together with the other attributes of Scottish national outfit is not only worn by bagpipe musicians but also by other Scottish man.
