Catching up with sports

After 3 year of an absolute passivity in sports I am trying to improve the situation by adding jogging into my weekly routine. First times I coudn't even run half of what others could, but little by little I am catching up. This all started when couple of my colleagues started jogging along the Thames during lunch break. Thames is quite close from us and there are quite nice paths that are quite good for jogging. I joined them a week later, and now after 3 weeks of time it's already 6 of us, which is half of the company. If this is going to progress with the same pace soon during the lunch time there probably won't be anyone to answer the phone calls in the office. Before starting jogging I couldn't even imagine how many Londoners do the same thing during lunch break, which is quite surprising as I never thought of English people being particulary into sports. In 30 minutes of jogging I did 5 km today!

A very motivating post! I am curious: what about lunch? Do you skip it then? Or do you eat after jogging?

I don't skip it :) No way I would skip lunch! After jogging I go quickly to the shop and buy some food and eat it 4 times faster than on usual day. How r you? How is your dissertation? I can see you are not on facebook, so must be still writing your work. How is it?

Don't forget to chew well ))) Otherwise, there may be little use of jogging exercises ;-)
I am doing fine. I have written more than a half, but there is still a lot to do in order to complete it. It would be ideal to finish it in a month or so to be able to defend in September... On the other hand, I will go to Russia in July, and it will be harder to work there... anyway, still a few months to go and it is done !!!
