Olympics

Boh! Who would ever imagine that it's almost impossible to get tickets for the Olympics in London! One thing I can't understand is that remembering winter Olympics in Torino, we could get relatively cheap tickets just 2 days before the performance, while here in London people need to apply more than a year in advance. And even if you do apply there is 90% of probability you'll fail to win them. How to explain that???!!!! There is explanation of cause but i just prefer to moan about it as I failed to get ones. One thing is that I only applied for an opening ceremony. Certainly everyone wants to see it, and it's the most competitive ticket of all, but even thought, most of the people i know couldn't even get anything to the most "unpopular" games.

I failed to get Olympic tickets, but instead got some free tickets for tomorrow's food event by Jamie Oliver. There will be some activities/performances apart from food as well, and normally tickets would cost 67 pounds, but I got them for free thanks to one very nice colleague of mine. Yay!
