Ciao tutti!

One thing that I was completely sure when leaving Italy is that I will never need Italian language again outside Italy. Turns out I was wrong! The company I am working for is very Italian. When I joined the company there were only about 30% Italians and the main language at least in my team was English. Now however after hiring more Italians and some certain restructuring changes, half of my team consists of Italians, who prefer to talk among themselves in Italian. I totally don't mind but would prefer to understand if what they say is concerning work or maybe what is even better - some interesting gossips, so from now on I decided to learn a bit of Italian. I am not particularly interested in following some courses or tutorials, I hope to learn it more from trying to understand what my colleagues say. Let's see how it goes.
